FINDING MY NICHE: BOOK REVIEWS

Halfway into my first year on staff, I realized that I wanted to contribute something original to our content. I've always loved to read, and while our site had numerous reviews for movies, restaurants, and albums, it lacked any book reviews. I decided that I wanted to share my thoughts on what I had read with Blueprint readers. In doing so, I found a space for me to share my thoughts on not only the books I had read, but the wide range of topics and issues they covered. In writing my book reviews, I grew as a writer, improved my ability to reflect and articulate my analysis of text, and contributed to the Blueprint in my own special way.
